The Forrester WaveTM: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q1 2023 report names MoEngage, the insights-driven consumer interaction platform, as a “Strong Performer”.

MoEngage has achieved the highest possible ratings in each of the following eight categories: Customer Profiles and Preference Management, Descriptive Analytics, Scheduling and Automation, Mobile (experience orchestration), E-commerce and Marketplaces (experience orchestration), Experience Optimization, Performance Management, and Performance (strategy). The scalable data input, AI-driven visualization, performance reporting, local approach to innovation, and regional development of MoEngage were also recognized in the report.
